Trainee – Project Management
You will join a young, successful team of international project managers and sales/marketing professionals.

Your tasks:
• multi-project account management including acquisition, project development and implementation.
• conceptual design of new projects (content and technical aspects) for human resources development and IT at our clients.
• project management including task planning, procedure planning, time-scheduling, capacity planning, cost planning/controlling, quality planning and risk management.
• drawing up and negotiating of contracts.
• sales, partner management and marketing.
• further development of existing courses.
• development of company specific supplementary materials for courses (software and printed materials).
• product marketing, market observation, analysis of competition.

Requere-se:
• studies in business administration, with a focus on information management, or an equivalent qualification.
• experience in the software or education industry.
• confidence and the ability to think strategically.
• excellent foreign language skills (fluent English,and a third language, German, Italian or Spanish fluent).
• excellent PC skills.

Deseja-se:
Being flexible to move to Muinich, Germany, for one month for the initial training (March 2012)
