Engenheiro de Refrigeração

•Translate customer needs into product specifications
•Participate in cross functional product development teams
•Coordinate and maintain development schedule
•Conduct calculations and engineering analysis for component selection
•Assist in defining aspects of product characteristics to meet specifications
•Supervise prototyping and testing
•Oversee pre-production build
•Direct outside activities such as regulatory or other third party testing
•Supervise designers and CAD drafters related to design activities
•Establish test specifications and protocols for air conditioners, heat exchangers, fan trays, and thermoelectric coolers
•Performs other duties as assigned by management
•Assist Project Leader in development of product roadmap

Requisitos:

•Technical competence in Engineering, Refrigeration, and Heat Transfer
•At least 5 years of refrigeration/air conditioner design experience
•Ability to speak and write in English is mandatory
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
•Experience with working within cross-functional teams; strong communications skills.
•Practical, hands-on experience with on-time product launches.

Desejável:

Ability to interpret and analyze professional journals, technical procedures; analyze mathematical concepts and apply these to practical situations.
•Ability to compose and interpret reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to speak and write in Spanish or Portuguese is mandatory. Both is desirable
