Clayton Euro Risk Ltd specialises in due diligence, audit of lending / underwriting and surveillance of pools of loans that may have been securitised plus a number of related procedures. We work for large international institutions, Hedge Funds, Investment Banks and many lenders and are involved with mortgages, secured loans, personal loans, credit cards, motor finance, and commercial lending.

The Company does not have a customer facing operation and is not a lender or broker.

We have a number of opportunities for experienced Mortgage and Loan Underwriters in the UK, Holland, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal. Enquiries are also welcomed from applicants with relevant experience from other EU countries. These are new positions and are available due to the continued expansion of the business.

The role is to re-underwrite loans to a prescribed method, analyse and provide a grading and report on quality. The work is usually carried out on the premises of the lenders, or the loan servicers, and occasionally from home or in a central office.

Most of the work assignments are carried out in teams where a project leader provides direction and support.

Requisitos:

Experienced candidates are required to have a track record of underwriting mortgages etc and/or commercial lending experience. Full training will be provided in Clayton review methodology. Successful applicants will ideally be able to show some experience from within a financial services environment, be computer literate, numerate, and be able to demonstrate analytical thinking, will be independently mobile and willing to work away from home from time to time. A good command of English is necessary.
