• Primary operational point of ADS managerial contact for customers and service providers.
• Ensure the existence of a contact point for customers and that their requirements receive full attention.
• Responsible for undertaking and managing regular formal service reviews with both customers and service providers a monthly basis.
• Responsible for the identification of problem areas and preparing action plan for problem rectification to ensure the optimum operations of the airport access centre.
• Provision of line management responsibilities for direct reports ( 5 reporters ).
• Provision of key reports to Territory Manager regarding site performance (operational and financial).
• Responsibility for ensuring that all mandatory Work Orders / upgrades are undertaken according to set schedule.
• To provide a first line troubleshooting service for ADS customers and ensure that the installed systems operate with maximum efficiency.
• To initiate proper escalation procedures, within the defined timescales, for any related problems that have gone beyond the ability of the Site Operations Manager.
• To identify any faults associated with the installed SITA Products and report any such findings to the appropriate Product Manager.
• Assist and write documentation for each integration including: installation, customization, backup, and troubleshooting information. This facilitates subsequent certification and field deployment. Provide with all this set of documentation to Bohemia Engineering and Bohemia Field support in order to ease future support and escalations

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Communications, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• A proven knowledge or 2+ years experience on basic data communication, PC’s, and LAN’s.
• 2 + years Network Management experience and a good understanding of Network Protocols.
• 2+ years within Customer Service / Operations environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.
• Analytical minded with ability to work as a team. Good interpersonal relation skills.
• Experience of managing service provision from 3rd parties.
• A proven knowledge on ORACLE database
• Managerial experience
